I guess I'm just trying to figure out what sort of hardware/software I should be looking at for this. The software they are using isn't very processor intensive, it just eats enough bandwidth that they can't connect to it directly. We should have a maximum of 10 clients at a time, and I typically buy Dell tower servers since I have a vendor that gets me some fairly good deals. Specing out a Terminal Services server is something I haven't done before. I'm responsible for buying the hardware/software to get that working so they can connect to the other server that will actually host the software itself.
I'm getting a fairly large new software project off the ground and our remote site will be required to access the software using Remote Desktop/Terminal Services.
